All courses, trainings, workshops, and educational services are final sale. Due to the digital and instructional nature of our courses, all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been completed. This includes, but is not limited to, in-person training, online courses, deposits, and payment plans. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or failure to attend.
